Our mission is to act as a transducer between different economic areas of the world, helping our clients to realize business opportunities in Russia as well as abroad.

We help our clients to implement new and advantageous business-opportunities by reorganizing their organizational structures and introducing new products and services to the market. We implement Key Accounts Management and help in acquisition of new clients. One of our achievements is 30% in turnover increase as a result of a sales reorganization program in a transport company.
We also help in solving problems like bankruptcy management, closing, sale. In 2001 we closed down six offices for a client, dismissing 100 people without a single court case.
We helped Russian clients with acquisitions overseas in 2002 and 2003.
